Alberta Justice Ministry needs to take lead on sexual violence: legal expert

Alberta is making a multimillion-dollar investment in front-line services for survivors of sexual violence, but a legal expert is saying the Ministry of Justice needs to take the lead in ensuring the criminal justice system becomes more responsive in dealing with individuals who have been victimized.
