New partner for Dunton Rainville

Isabelle Toupin has joined Dunton Rainville as a partner in the firm’s commercial, banking and real estate team.
Toupin specializes in business transfers and succession planning. She has facilitated the implementation of various partnerships and the negotiation of business agreements for her Quebec and European-based clients. Toupin also counsels non-profit organizations on corporate and governance matters.
She is also a course instructor accredited by the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec (CTEQ).
Toupin will work out of the Montreal office.
