Savvy clients mean legal profession, regulator must adapt, says new law society CEO

When Diana Miles walks through the halls of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) people stop to let her pass and offer their congratulations over her new position.

Miles, appointed as the first female CEO of the LSO on March 8, has worked at the law society for over 16 years and said she’ll be drawing on her former roles to inform her vision for the regulator moving forward.
