Lash Condo Law, a Toronto-based boutique condominium law firm, will be adding two associates and has changed its address.

Litigator Danielle Swartz has joined the firm after working at a family and a real estate boutique law firm. Her practice involves condominium development, corporate governance and representing condominium corporations in court proceedings and dispute resolutions.

Natalia Polis was a summer and articling student at Lash. She will be joining the firm after being called to the bar in June. Polis has expertise in recent amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998 and resulting new forms.

As of April 30, the firm relocated its offices from one location on Richmond Street to another, also on Richmond.
