Former Lakehead dean says ‘superficial’ attempts at reconciliation don’t work

Angelique EagleWoman’s resignation as dean of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University (Lakehead) has thrown a spotlight on the school’s Truth and Reconciliation efforts, with Indigenous leaders in the Thunder Bay area calling EagleWoman’s departure a step backward for the school and community.
