B.C. panel looking to update provincial tenancy laws

The B.C. government is looking at reshaping provincial tenancy laws and is seeking the public’s help in doing so.

The province’s Rental Housing Task Force is touring the province throughout June as part of a consultation process on tenancy issues, with a mandate to “modernize and balance provincial tenancy laws to provide safe, secure and affordable housing.”
