Why an employer should review its internal policies in light of Bill C-45

Despite the approaching entry into force of Bill C-45 legalizing the use of recreational cannabis in Canada, a recent publication by the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction concluded that a majority of employers have not yet addressed and evaluated their internal policies and practices with respect to substance abuse in the workplace.
