Fasken adds real estate partner

Marie-Andrée Thibault has joined Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP as a partner in the firm’s Montreal office.
She will be part of the real estate practice group.
Thibault specializes in real estate development, acquisitions, sales and wind energy. She represents borrowers and lenders in project and acquisition financing, including in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. Thibault also negotiates and drafts commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
