Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family closing down over funding

As of Aug. 31, 2018, the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family will cease to exist after over 30 years in operation.

“It’s a shame, but it all boils down to the difficulties we and other people have had obtaining funding that is necessary to meet our operating expenses and to have this continue for another 30 years,” said John-Paul Boyd, executive director of the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family.
