B.C. appeal decision clarifies voting on strata wind-ups

A recent decision by the B.C. Court of Appeal, Strata Plan VR2122 v. Bradbury, 2018 BCCA 280, clarifies the interpretation and application of the strata wind-up provisions in Part 16 of the Strata Property Act, (the Act).
