Langlois adds partner to Montreal litigation group

Guillaume Michaud has joined Langlois lawyers litigation group as a partner in its Montreal office.

Michaud practises in the areas of insolvency and corporate restructuring and in connection with insolvency-related transactions and litigations.

He represents and protects the interests of different stakeholders during corporate restructurings, dispositions of assets or bankruptcies. His clients include insolvent businesses, creditors, shareholders, directors, trustees/monitors and receivers.

Michaud also assists clients with all aspects of asset sales or restructuring transactions and insolvency arrangements and with every aspect of the litigation process, including providing advice and counsel, drafting pleadings and representation before the courts.
