Court of Appeal’s decision in class actions brings clarity to Rules of Civil Procedure, counsel says

The Ontario Court of Appeal, dealing with two appeals by both sides of a class action between employers and labourers, has allowed the appeal of the defendants as the claims of persons seeking to be represented were determined to be statute-barred.
