Application by Roberts for post-appeal disclosure of materials and information in possession of the police. In November 1995, Roberts was convicted of one count of attempted murder and three counts of first degree murder. While there was other circumstantial evidence, the convictions could not have been sustained without a Mr Big confession. Roberts had always maintained his innocence.
