Action by the plaintiff for damages for injuries arising from a motor vehicle accident. The parties’ vehicles collided at an intersection when the defendant turned left in front of the plaintiff. The plaintiff suffered a driving phobia, mild whiplash to her neck, soft tissue injuries to her left shoulder and left hip and permanent mechanical back pain.
