Motion by Canada for $25,000 costs against counsel personally. Counsel represented clients in Indian Residential School Settlement Agreement (IRSSA) and had brought number of Requests for Direction (RFD) on behalf of her clients. Two RFD in question were brought on behalf of former students and related to Canada’s disclosure obligations.
