B.C. Law Society seeking input on proposed fee reduction for public interest practitioners

The Law Society of British Columbia (LSBC) is holding a consultation on reducing fees for public interest practitioners, and some legal observers are saying it would be a good step in showing the law society is serious about its commitment to access to justice.
