Crawley MacKewn Brush adds litigation associate

Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP announced that Mitchell Fournie has joined the firm as an associate.

Fournie’s practice focuses on corporate and securities litigation in the civil and regulatory contexts.

Before joining the firm, Fournie articled at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where he clerked for the judges of the civil, class actions and commercial list, as well as the family and criminal courts.

Fournie graduated from the Faculty of Law at Windsor, finishing in the top five per cent of his class and receiving several awards, including in the areas of contracts and immigration law.

Prior to law school, Fournie completed a graduate degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
