Ann Hatsios is joining the Mississauga-based business law firm Pallett Valo LLP as an associate in the firm’s construction practice.

“Ann’s advocacy and dispute resolution skills will be a great addition to our team. Her drive and passion to achieve the best results will be a benefit to our clients,” said Pallett Valo's Maria Ruberto.

Hatsios was called to the bar in 2009 and has a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, representing builders, developers and trades in construction lien and breach of trust actions under the Construction Lien Act now known as the Construction Act. She has negotiated contracts for clients in the pre-construction phase and has worked out interim agreements when disputes arise during the course of projects.

Pallett Valo's roots date back to 1948 and the firm has 36 lawyers, including 13 partners, three senior counsel, 19 associates and 50 support staff.
