Dutton Brock LLP announced that Odette Fraser and Rosemary Cosentino have joined the Toronto firm as associates.

Fraser joined the insurance litigation firm after three years of practising insurance defence law, most recently as in-house defence counsel with a Canadian insurance company. She summered and articled in Toronto at a presonal injury firm before her call to the bar in 2015.

After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with an honours double major in history and anthropology, Fraser earned her juris doctor from Western University.

Fraser has a passion for litigation and experience in a wide range of insurance defence matters, including tort and accident benefits, property damage, commercial general liability and fraudulent insurance claims.

Cosentino was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2011 after receiving her L.LB. with honours from the University of Ottawa in 2010. She practised insurance defence litigation at a boutique Toronto law firm before joining Dutton Brock.

Her practice is exclusively in defence litigation focusing on personal injury, general negligence, occupiers’ liability, product liability and insurance coverage disputes. She is member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
