Pallett Valo adds litigation partner

Pallett Valo LLP announced that Marc D. Whiteley has become a partner of the firm.

Called to the Ontario bar in 2008, Whiteley joined the firm after serving a year in a judicial clerkship for the Office of the Chief Justice of the Ontario Superior Court and has been an associate of the firm since 2010.

Whiteley is a member of the commercial litigation and estate litigation groups and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.

He handles a wide range of complex litigation matters including real estate/property and contract disputes, estate litigation, construction litigation, administrative law, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery and appeals.
