Four new associates for Clark Wilson in Vancouver

Clark Wilson LLP announced that four new associate lawyers have joined its team in Vancouver: Alexandra Madden, Emily Raven, Erin Barnes and Scott McLeod.
According to the firm's press release, Madden will focus on general business law and private company mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Madden earned a BA in English language and literature in 2015 at Pepperdine University, graduating magna cum laude. She received her juris doctor in 2018 from the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in 2019.

Raven’s practice focuses on estates and trusts and family law. Additionally, she is a certified family law mediator and uses this skill set to reach tailored agreements outside court for her clients.

She earned her bachelor of commerce from UBC in 2014 and her juris doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2017. She was called to the B.C. bar in 2018.
Barnes works in business litigation, infrastructure, construction and procurement and insurance. She has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia.

She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology earned in 2012 at the University of Victoria. Barnes earned her juris doctor at UBC in 2018 and joined the B.C. bar in 2019.
McLeod focuses on capital markets, securities, M&A and technology law.

He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from UBC (2008) and has completed additional certifications in finance. He earned his juris doctor at UBC in 2018. He also works with many clients in the technology sector. He was called to the B.C. bar in 2019.
