Wills and estates firm Robinsons Law adds two associates

Robinsons Law announced that Hilary Van de Kamer and Arianne Sawh have joined the Toronto firm as associates.

According to Robinsons Law’s press release, Van de Kamer provides advice regarding estate planning, trusts, charities and all areas of estate administration. She advises clients on wealth preservation techniques, estate administration tax strategies, charitable giving, planning for disabled beneficiaries, cross-border planning, business succession planning, including estate freezes and post mortem planning, trustees duties and beneficiary rights.

Prior to joining Robinsons Law, she worked as an associate at a large national law firm and as a wills consultant for a large private trust company at a national bank.

Sawh advises clients regarding estate planning matters including will planning, the creation and use of trusts, trustee duties, beneficiary rights and estate accounting.

While studying at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where she received her juris doctor, Sawh was a student leader of the Women’s Human Rights Resources Working Group, operated through the International Human Rights Program. Through this group, she contributed to expanding an internationally accessible database of resources concerning international women’s human rights issues.
