Two associates join Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s office

The St. John’s office of Cox & Palmer announced that Neala Kielley and Ryan Parsons are the firm’s newest associate lawyers.

According to the firm’s press release, Kielley practises in the areas of employment and labour law, administrative law, human rights law and litigation. She received a juris doctor from Dalhousie University and a B. Comm. (honours with distinction) from Memorial University.

Parsons has a general corporate practice with an interest in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, finance and commercial litigation. He received a JD from Osgoode Hall, where he worked with startups while volunteering with the Osgoode Business Clinic. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a BA (honours with distinction) in economics from Queen’s University.
