Yukon NDP calls for public inquiry after stay filed in Nehass case

A mentally ill Indigenous man who spent the better part of his incarceration in solitary confinement will be relocated from a mental health centre in Ont. to a hospital in B.C. after the Crown prosecutor in his case has stayed all charges against him.
