DLA Piper (Canada) adds new partner

Robbie Grossman is the latest partner at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP.

He has joined the firm’s Toronto office.

Grossman has experience in the areas of cross border securities, mergers and aquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance. He often acts for issuers and dealers on public offerings, private placements, exchange listings, reverse takeovers, M&A, restructurings and continuous disclosure obligations for public companies. His clients are in a variety of industries including health care, life sciences, fintech, cannabis, cryptocurencency and blockchain, real estate and industrial production.

Grossman is a member of the TSXV Ontario advisory committee, and is a former chair of the Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Act review tribunals.
