Pallett Valo LLP announced that it has joined Geneva Group International (GGI), the global alliance of independent professional firms.

This alliance covers organizations in the audit, tax, legal and advisory fields and offers Pallett Valo the opportunity to expand its footprint internationally.

According to the law firm’s press release, GGI has representation in over 120 countries, and a membership of over 580 organizations, making the alliance a perfect fit for Pallett Valo. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, having experienced, trusted advisers in numerous jurisdictions around the world provides a real and important advantage to clients looking to close deals internationally.

“We want to expand our capabilities and international reach,” said Pallett Valo managing partner John Russo. “GGI’s global network of professional services providers will give us an excellent competitive advantage which will benefit our clients and enable us to undertake more work on behalf of international clients, both in Canada and abroad.

“When we pick up the phone to speak to a member in another country, we’re talking to someone in whom we have confidence,” he said. “No red tape. Quick answers to easy questions. An expedited strategy and action on more complex issues. At the end of the day, we have an international team that can help our clients resolve their issues in multiple jurisdictions.”
