Clark Wilson adds two associates

Clark Wilson announced that two new lawyers have joined the Vancouver firm, Anne Amos-Stewart and Andrew Stewart.

Amos-Stewart is an associate in the firm's employment & labour group.

According to the firm’s press release, when dealing with legal issues in the workplace, she provides practical advice that furthers her clients’ business objectives. She proactively identifies risks and guides clients effectively toward the resolution of disputes.

She earned her BA in business administration (human resources management) from Bishop’s University in 1999 and a bachelor of laws from the University of Manitoba in 2010 (gold medallist). She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2011.

Stewart is an associate in the capital markets, securities and mergers and acquisitions group.

Leveraging his background in corporate law and taxation, he provides strategic corporate finance guidance to help clients meet stringent securities regulations and execute on their commercial goals.

Stewart earned a BA at the University of British Columbia in 1994 and his bachelor of laws from the University of Alberta in 1997. He received a master of laws in 1999 from the University of Cambridge. He was called to the B.C. bar in 1999.
