More recently Kitchen has turned his attention to also working as a mediator, taking his years of litigation experience and applying it towards facilitating discussions between parties and resolving a wide range of complex disputes.

“David’s significant litigation and mediation experience enable a keen understanding of negotiation strategies,” said Clarke Barnes, co-managing partner, Calgary. “This, combined with his balanced approach to problem solving, will help our clients successfully resolve their legal disputes.”
