Stewart McKelvey bolsters lineup with seven new partners

Stewart McKelvey announced that seven lawyers have joined the partnership as of Jan. 1, 2019.

Working from the firm’s Halifax office are Ryan Baker, corporate law, with a focus on commercial real estate; Sean Kelly, employment and labour law; and Andrea Shakespeare, whose practice areas include banking and financing, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Sarah Dever Letson, whose practice focuses on regulatory opinions and advice, commercial contract review, agency work and privacy and access to information matters; and Christopher Marr, corporate and commercial law, will be based in Saint John.

Joining the firm’s St. John’s office are Gabriel Brodeur, business law; and Koren Thomson, whose practice areas include health care law, cybersecurity and insurance law.
