Lerners adds four new associates

Lerners announced that associates Alexandra Jockwig-Welsh, Carly Moore, Lucy Sun and Jeffrey Risdon have joined the firm.

According to the firm’s press release, Jockwig-Welsh will work in the Toronto office, as a member of the insurance defence group. She graduated from the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy and was an articling student at Lerners. She was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020.

Moore has joined the Toronto office’s health law and personal injury groups. She obtained her juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. She also was an articling student at Lerners. She was called to the bar in 2020.

Sun will work out of the Toronto office as a member of the commercial litigation practice group. She obtained her JD from Queen’s University and was an articling student with Lerners. She was called to the bar in 2020.

Risdon has joined the office in London, Ont., as a member of the commercial litigation and health law groups. Risdon obtained his JD from Western University Faculty of Law and was an articling student with Lerners. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020.
