Three associates join Dutton Brock

Dutton Brock LLP announced that former articling students Jennifer Duff, Caroline Gaikis and Rafaella Rullo have joined the Toronto insurance litigation firm as associates.

According to the firm’s press release, Duff is developing a broad practice in insurance defence litigation within the areas of general negligence, coverage, commercial liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability and personal injury.

She completed her bachelor of health sciences at McMaster University and her juris doctor at the University of Toronto.

Gaikis’s practice focuses on the areas of general negligence, coverage, commercial liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability and personal injury.

She completed both her bachelor of science and juris doctor degrees at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont.

Rullo is developing a broad practice in defendant litigation in areas of general negligence, medical malpractice, occupier’s liability and product liability.

She completed her BA at the University of Toronto with a specialist degree in history. She then completed her JD at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
