Dunton Rainville adds two lawyers in Montreal, one in Joliette

Dunton Rainville announced that three new lawyers have joined the firm: Dima Ghozaiel and Stefan Sasura, who join the Montreal office and Sonia Castonguay, who is based in Joliette, Que.

According to the firm’s press release, Ghozaiel, admitted to the Quebec bar in 2018, holds a law degree from the University of Montreal where she is continuing her studies with a view to obtaining a juris doctor in North American common law. Ghozaiel's practice is mainly focused on securities, corporate law and transactional law.

Sasura has a multidisciplinary background, having obtained a law degree in Slovakia and a master’s degree in international business law in the United Kingdom. Admitted to the bar in 2016, he worked in European and Montreal law firms before joining Dunton Rainville.

His main areas of practice are business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and civil and commercial litigation. His practice has led him to plead many disputed cases before the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court, but also before administrative courts.

Castonguay holds a law degree from the University of Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2019. She practises in civil law, insurance law, banking law and municipal law.
