On Nov. 2, the Supreme Court of Canada rendered its decision in the landmark case of Ktunaxa Nation v. British Columbia. The Ktunaxa are a First Nation in B.C. who challenged the construction of a massive ski resort on a traditional sacred site, known to them as Qat’muk.
