Appeal by the plaintiff, Dahl, from an order dismissing her negligence claim against the defendant, the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority. In June 2011, the plaintiff boarded a Vancouver city bus. She alleged that the driver accelerated before she had a chance to hold a pole, causing her to fall.
