Four new lawyers join Clark Wilson

Clark Wilson LLP announced that four lawyers have joined the Vancouver firm.

According to the firm’s press release, Mark Meredith is a partner in the firm’s tax group. He joins from KPMG Law LLP and has over  30 years of experience. He advises a diverse range of clients, including individuals, business owners, accountants, other lawyers and public and private business organizations. His tax planning practice encompasses a broad range of client situations, ranging from the simple establishment and financing of a Canadian business, through complex partnerships and joint ventures, to cross-border financing and merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. He also maintains an active tax dispute management practice.

Denny Chung is a new associate in the insurance group and the firm’s infrastructure, construction and procurement group. Chung has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the B.C. provincial court, as well as the Human Rights Tribunal and Civil Resolution Tribunal. He has represented clients in multiparty settlement conferences, multiparty mediations, summary judgment and summary trial applications. 

Teio Senda joins the firm’s private company M&A group as an associate. He advises business leaders at companies of all types and sizes, across a variety of markets. 

Zachary Rogers joins the estates  and trusts group as an associate. He has represented his clients’ interests in the provincial court of British Columbia, B.C. Supreme Court and the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal.
