Robins Appleby adds partner and associates

Business law firm Robins Appleby is welcoming one new partner and four associates to the firm.

According to a prepared statement, the new partner is Sheri Lavine, who is joining the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. A member of various real estate organizations, including Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) and the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), she was called to the bar in 2008.

New associate tax lawyer Faye Kravetz joins the tax group after practising at the Canada Revenue Agency, two multi-national Canadian law firms and a New York law firm.

Samuel Mosonyi joins the team as a litigation associate. Prior to joining Robins Appleby, he was a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and holds a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Cambridge.

New real estate associate Rachel Puma was called to the bar in 2019 and worked as both a summer student and an articling student at Robins Appleby.

Business Law lawyer Nathan Holloway was also called to the bar in 2019 and articled at the firm. Prior to that, as a summer student, he worked in the legal department of one of the country’s largest municipalities.
